A stationary camera looks upon the Ohio home of President William McKinley. He strolls toward the camera in morning coat, silk hat in hand, accompanied by a man who hands McKinley something. They pause, McKinley places his hat on his head and reads what the man has given him. He hands it back, removes his hat, and they resume their walk toward the camera. They stroll past; the front porch of the house remains visible.
